However, Mike was dissatisfied with their engagement as he planned to propose Lauren in the show where he got his name and fame, Jersey Shore.
So, to fulfill his dream, Mike planned a surprise engagement ceremony for his love in the very show in 2018.
As per the plan, Mike took his fiance for a long dinner so that his friends could prepare the house for the proposal. When they finally returned home, his friend played a projector where Mike prepared a slideshow for his future.
After the sideshows ended, Mike instantly kneeled down and sweetly proposed Lauren to marry him. The proposal was so romantic that Lauren immediately said yes and the roommates cheered and cried in their bliss.
