Tara celebrates her birthday every 9 September. She was born in 1975 in New York to Guatemalan father and German-Italian mother.
Tara was later raised in New Jersey by her parents with mixed ethnicity. She comes from a law enforcement background where her grandfather, Emil Setmayer served for four decades with Paramus Police Department and retired at the age of 71.
Having an excellent talent in writing from a young age, Tara always wanted to pursue her career in that field.
After completing her schooling from Fair Lawn High School, a public comprehensive school in the area, Tara earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science from The George Washington University.
