She made her debut as an on-air host in HSN in 2004. Since then, she has been working in the network; it has already been 14 years. At HSN, she introduces the products to the viewers along with product details such as its features, price range, technical specifications, and other miscellaneous details.
She became a famous face all over the country after working with HSN. Before HSN, she worked for QVC, West Chester, Pennsylvania, the US alongside Shawn Killinger. She hosted the network for four years.
Apart from television career, she enjoys crafting and scrapbooking in her spare time. Also, she traveled to Africa twice to teach scrapbooking.

They are the parents to their grown-up son, Ethan Erkfitz. Ethan, who is at the age of 20, graduated from Florida State University. Raised up by enthusiastic father and mother, he is very active regarding sports. Well, Suzanne's family has two other members. And, they are non-other than her two cute adorable dogs.
