51-year-old Otis was born on 29th September 1967. He grew up in Los Angeles while getting involved in several sports. But the details of his family and siblings are kept away from the light.
Nevertheless, Otis enrolled in the University of Idaho with Telecommunications as major. He used most of his time in the recording studio and worked as a color commentator for the University.
Otis is one of the members of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Not only that, but he is also a member of the New Jersey Music Workshop for the Arts.
He spent one season playing point guard for the 1987 to 1988 Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team. He was even dismissed from the team before the 1988 Big Eight Tournament for conduct detrimental to the team.
Later, Livingston started his own public-access show called One on One with Otis Livingston.
Nikki’s stepmother, who was a news anchor, got Livingston an internship in the station she was working for at that time. Later in the year 2002, he joined WNBC-TV alongside Lynn Smith and NBC Sports with Rutledge Wood as a sports anchor. He then participated in news broadcasting companies and worked as a host, sports anchor/reporter, and sideline reporter.
Otis was also previously a weekend sports anchor and reporter for WWOR-TV alongside Randi Kaye and WTVO-TV.
While at WNBC, he reported for NBC Sports from the 2004 Summer Olympics and the 2006 Winter Olympics. For CBS Sports, Otis has served as a sideline reporter for SEC on CBS football games and the NCAA Tournament.
