A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Katrina Weidman has been working as a paranormal investigator and researcher since 2006.
Her passion for the supernatural began when she was a kid and lived in her hometown, where many locations were said to be haunted.
Finding a career for her passion, Katrina hosted Chiller’s Real Fear: The Truth Behind the Movies, where she along with her team traveled the country in search of real-life stories that inspire world’s most iconic horror films.
Currently, Katrina hosts the Real Documentary series and Paranormal Lockdown on TLC alongside Nick Groff.

However, back on 6 January 2016, she shared the picture of her boyfriend on her Instagram and hinted that she was in a romantic relationship with her mysterious partner.
After a low-key long gap of two years, she again shared the picture of herself along with the same man on 7 August 2018. Via the captions, she revealed that she was back home again.

Katrina was born on 1 March 1983 in Pennsylvania and is of 35 years of age. Her birth sign is Pisces. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University.
Katrina started her career by working as a researcher for the Paranormal Research Society in 2006. After that, she started working as a “PR’s” case manager from 2006 to 2011.
Besides that, she also appeared in many movies like Kilimanjaro (2013), The Last Apartment (2015), Café Artist (2017), and F. Godfather (2017).
Since 2016, Katrina began appearing with Nick Groff on the Destination America series Paranormal Lockdown. In the show, the duo spends 72 hours inside haunted locations.
Her Family Life
Katrina grew up in historic Bucks County, Pennsylvania alongside her sister. She also has one brother named Spencer in her family.
According to Katrina, her family has been very supportive throughout her career. Her dad, who stands at the tall height of 6 feet and is an Italian, wanted her to be happy in whatever she did. Her mother believes in spiritual beings, So, her career was not a problem to her maternal side as well.

Katrina especially has a great adoration for her grandmother, who died years ago.
