Karen Jordan’s career in the field of journalism initiated in 1995 after she was assigned as a general assignment reporter for WIFR-TV. She worked there till 1997. While working for WIFR-TV, she also used to work for WMAQ-AM in Chicago as a radio reporter.
Likewise, she also served for WKEF-TV in Dayton, a weekend anchor and general assignment reporter (from 1997 to 1999). Following that, in 1999, she joined WRGT-TV in Dayton, Ohio as a main anchor and reporter and served there for a year.
