Though it was difficult for the pair to maintain their relationship since Justine was based in Sydney and Matt Doran worked in the USA, they tried their best to visit each other as many times as possible. Justine also first traveled to the USA in 2009 to visit Matt.

However, after enduring a long-distance relationship, the couple broke up in 2017. Their break up news was revealed to The Daily Telegraph by a close friend of Justine.

Career & TV Works

Justine Schofield was passionate about cooking from a young age. As a child, instead of playing outdoors with the neighborhood kids, she used to spend weekends in the kitchen with her French mother and her grandmother, who excelled in classical French cuisine.

After finishing her education, she worked in a sales position but soon decided to follow her two great passions; food and travel.

Luckily, she got the opportunity to participate in the first season of the Australian competitive cooking game show, Masterchef Australia, in 2009. She competed in the show, amazing judges with the extent of her food knowledge and her calm and organized approach to cooking. She ended up in the fourth position among 7000 applicants.
