In her family, Tiffany was raised alongside two siblings, a sister Candice and a brother named Donald Jr by her parents Jacqueline and Donald Blackmon. By profession, her father, Donal is a former NFL linebacker and NFL assistant coach.

From a young age, she was profoundly influenced by her father regarding sports. During her schooling at North Gwinnett High School, Tiffany was an active volleyball player, who played for four years. Moreover, she was named as a defensive Most Valuable Player and selected as an All-State team.
Well, her volleyball playing skills never faded away as Tiffany played a total of 49 games during her college days as well. Eventually, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Georgia State University.
