Steve is a married man. Though it is still unknown how and when Steve met his better half, it has come to the light that Steve's wife is Valerie.

Steve's Career
Steve Sands is a lead interviewer for NBC and Golf Channel's coverage of the PGA tour.
An anchor, interviewer, and reporter, Steve hosts and reports for Golf Channel’s Golf Central and Live From telecasts that include all four of golf’s major championships, The Players Championship, The Ryder Cup and The Presidents Cup.
Also, he became part of the NBC Olympics coverage of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia and served as a speed skating reporter.

The native of Washington D.C. initiated his career as a sports reporter and anchor in Ft. Collins, Colo, while he studied at Colorado State University.
From his early days of college, he dreamt of becoming a Washington Post sports writer. Luckily, one of his professors recognized his ability to be on TV rather than in writing.
Steve followed his professor's idea and worked hard to start a career in sports broadcasting. With a promising career in hand, he is, now, one of the top golf reporter and bags a handsome annual salary of $72K.

49-year-old on-air personality Steve jobs celebrate his birthday every 25 February. He was raised by his parents on Washington D.C. Although being at the top position of his career, he has not spilled much regarding his parents, siblings and family members.
It is only known that his family owns and operates the venerable Calvert-Woodley Wines & Spirits shop in Van Ness. Moreover, he had once stated that his siblings and he grew up together playing games along with their father and mother.
