Kaycee Clark is a professional football player-turned-TV personality, who came into the limelight after winning the reality show, Big Brother 20 (US)—won the title by a close vote of 5-4. She first took part in the show as a contestant in 2018 and continued her journey till the very end, appearing in more than 40 episodes.

In June 2018, it was announced that Kaycee Clark, along with the other fifteen competitors, was taking part in season 20 of Big Brother.
The competitors had to take part in several competitions and win power and safety. After that, they had to vote to eliminate or evict other competitors until only two competitors were left. And in the final round, the eliminated competitors had to vote for their favorite HouseGuest and make them the winner.
On 26 September 2018, Kaycee Clark won the competition. In the final round, Kaycee competed against Tyler Crispen and made history by becoming the first-ever openly lesbian winner of the show.

Following her big win, she received a cash prize of $500,000 and decided to help her family and make their life easier with it.
During her time at Big Brother 20, 99 days, Kaycee registered two HoH Wins (in 11th and 13th week), three nominations (twice in 7th week and once in 8th week), five Vetos Wins (in 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th week and 92nd day), and one Hacker Wins (in 7th week).
