And in the final round, the eliminated competitors had to vote for their favorite HouseGuest and make them the winner.

On 26 September 2018, Kaycee Clark won the competition. In the final round, Kaycee competed against Tyler Crispen and made history by becoming the first-ever openly lesbian winner of the show.
