Kristen Kish is an American-Korean model-turned-chef, who earned fame after winning the title of 'Top Chef' in the tenth season of the Bravo reality competition show, Top Chef—the second female to do so.
After winning the prestigious title, she co-authored a cookbook named Kristen Kish Cooking: Recipes and Techniques, alongside Meredith Erickson.
Before competing on the show, Top Chef, Kristen used to work as a Chef de Cuisine in different high-profile restaurants of Boston, such as Chef Guy Martin's Sensing, Barbara Lynch's Stir, and Chef Barbara Lynch's Menton.

Kristen's Time On 'Top Chef'
Kristen Kish began to learn cooking from a young age. At the age of five, she used to watch cooking shows and learned how to use a knife, and so on. After she attended culinary school, her interest in cooking grew more. And, when her former boss, Barbara Lynch, recommended her to take part in Top Chef, she decided to give it a shot.
In 2012, Kristen joined the show, she progressed hard and managed to reach the Restaurant Wars round—unfortunately, she was eliminated during the round.

Nonetheless, she got another chance and competed in the Last Chance Kitchen. There, she defeated five other competitors and succeeded in being in the finals of Top Chef.
