François Arnaud, the Canadian actor, and producer learned to sing and play the piano as he attended Les Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal, a boys choir school.

In 2007, he went to Conservatoire d'Art Dramatique in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, starting his career; a year later, with a first professional role in a comedy series Taxi 0-22, and first breakout role in Canadian film I Killed My Mother in 2009.

The later one, in addition to receiving an eight-minute standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival, won François with a VFCC Award for "Best Supporting Actor."
