A fan favorite of the first series of MasterChef Australia, Justine Schofield has established herself as a respected face of the Australian food and media industry.

She now hosts her show, Everyday Gourmet in the Network Ten since 2011. The show inspires viewers to make the most out of their kitchen with simple yet sophisticated recipes.

Justine is also a presenter of Australia’s major food events and a successful cookbook author. Besides that, She is also an ambassador for major international brands and tourism destinations.

Justine Schofield's Entrance On I'm A Celebrity Australia 

On 13 January 2019, Justine appeared on the Australian series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! Hosts Dr. Chris Brown and Julia Morris introduced the episode with the announcement of a 'twist' in the season. Unlike the previous seasons, this year's celebrities would be divided into two factions - the Campers with couches and cushions and the Caretaker's camp with few items of furniture and a double bunk. Justine was put into the Caretakers' camp.

Making things worse, the members in the Caretaker's camp had to clean and cook for the Campers. Justine arrived shortly after newsreader Natasha Exelby's entrance.

In the episode, Love Island's Justin Lacko even mistook Justine for Simone Holtznagel. Soon after getting acquainted with each other, the time came to split into opposing teams and get in the first challenge. Justine had the worst of it, as she stood in the snake pit while her teammates collected tokens.

Justine Schofield was born on 29 October 1985 in Sydney, Australia, to parents, Colin and Francoise Schofield. She belongs to mixed ethnicity as she was brought up in a bilingual household with her French mother and Aussie father.

The 32 years-old Justine has an elder brother named Clarence, who is married to his wife, Claire.

The married couple welcomed three girls at a Brisbane hospital in March 2018. Justine revealed her joy after posting about the arrival of her triplet nieces named Mabel, Poppy and Nora Schofield through Instagram.

Masterchef Welcomes Success For Justine

After completing the diploma in hotel management, Justine Schofield decided to follow her passions, i.e., travel and food.

To soak up the lifestyle and to learn about cuisine, she took a regular visit to France to discover her heritage further.

In 2009, Justine got the opportunity to apply to be a contestant in the first-ever series of Masterchef, and she grabbed it with both hands. As per wiki, she made it through the demanding audition process to the Top 20 and blew judges week after week with her cooking knowledge.

Justine Schofield, age 32, was dating Channel 7's news presenter, Matt Doran after they met each other at a Channel 10 function back in 2014. The affair between the two was going smoothly till 2015.

However, from 2015 onwards their relationship turned south after Justine's boyfriend Matt went to the US to host the crime show, Crime Watch Daily.

But, despite the long distance, Justine tried to keep things in order by traveling to the US to visit her boyfriend every couple of month. She put as much as efforts as she could.

In 2017, Matt returned to Australia after signing on to Seven’s Sunday Night.

When he was in Australia, there were ongoing rumors of the couple being engaged. But instead of good news, the couple shocked their fans by announcing their split in June 2017. Justine even unfollowed Matt from all her social media accounts right after the breakup.

Since then, Justine has not been found to be dating. As of 2018, she is reportedly single and unmarried. Due to the absence of a husband in her life, Justine is also speculated to be a lesbian, but her previous relationship with Matt clarifies that she is nowhere near being one.

Can't live without Coffee: The television cook cannot live without coffee as she needs the smell of coffee to wake up in the morning.

French Cookbook: Her mother, Francoise was given the French book when she was a teenager. It was like cooking bible to her, and it was also useful for practicing her French.

Bread And  Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Having a French mum, Justin could not have a meal without bread, extra virgin olive oil and Dijon mustard. She keeps her fridge stocked with them all the time.

Family Heirlooms: Justin loves wearing the necklaces that belonged to her grandmother because it reminded her of her grandmother.
