Now, Jummy and Darren relish their married life and reside together in Manhattan, creating beautiful memories. 

Jummy's Salary From Career

Jummy works as an anchor and reporter at NBC 4 New York's 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. weekend newscasts. She also covers the breaking news around the Tri-State areas as a general assignment reporter.

Jummy began her journalism career in 2005 when she started her internship at NBC Universal. Eventually, she landed at CNN and started her professional work as a news assistant.

After that, she also served at WCAV-TV as a reporter, at WTKR-TV as a reporter as well, and adjunct professor at Marymount University. 

Most recently, Jummy served as a co-anchor for Good Morning Washington and News at Noon on Washington, D.C.'s WJLA-TV. Then, she made her return for NBC 4 to cover the shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and reporting directly from the crime scene.

She also reported the subsequent investigation, interviews numerous elected officials participating in the following Congressional Baseball Game.

From her hard work, Jummy received immense support of the people and was even honored with two national Edward R. Murrow Awards, two Virginia Associated Press Awards, and six capital Emmy Awards. 

There is no accurate report of Jummy's salary. However, according to Payscale, a reporter at NBC draws an average salary of $75K.

Born in 1984, Jummy blows her birthday candle on 22 April. Alongside her two siblings, Jummy grew up in her hometown, creating beautiful childhood memories.

Even though Jummy has not disclosed her family members identity, she never misses an opportunity to flaunt their pictures on her social media accounts. 

As for her education, Jummy, who stands at the height of 5 feet 6 inches (1.67 meters), went to pursue her bachelor's degree in Communication from Virginia Tech.

Later, she enrolled at Gonzaga University, where she received a master's degree in Communication and Leadership.
