American syndicated columnist Andrew Napolitano was born on 6 June 1950 in Newark, New Jersey, the USA, graduated from Princeton University with B.A degree and J.D degree from Notre Dame Law School.

Andrew is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the state of New Jersey, he sat on the bench from 1987 to 1995, and he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence at Delaware Law School for two years and at Seton Hall Law School for 11 years.

In 1995, he returned for private practice and pursued a writing, teaching, and television career. Napolitano started his television career as Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst since 1998, broadcasts nationwide on the Fox News Channel also nationally known for watching and reporting on the government as it takes liberty and property. 

In 2004, he released his first book Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks its Own Law. From 2006 to 2010, Napolitano co-hosted a talk radio show on Fox News radio, also hosted a libertarian talk show called Freedom Watch.

Napolitano has a firm belief for the need of constitutional protections against government missteps on legal and natural rights he has worked for ’Reason’ and ’The Washington Times.’

He is against the concept of abortion although he believes that women must be given the right to their own choices and privacy.
