Instead of her real name, she likes to introduce herself as Cuban Da Savage and Aaliyah Keef. Well, it seems like she gave herself the latter name as she is a huge fan of singers, Aaliyah, and Chief Keef.
Due to her stage name, there have been confusions for her fans; she is thought to be Spanish or of Cuban ethnicity. But, Cuban cleared the confusion and admitted being of African-American heritage.

Along with fame and success at a young age, she is famous for her dating issues.
Cuban doll was formerly in a relationship with American rapper, Kodak Black. Interestingly, the duo had even got engaged in an unconventional way in November 2017; instead of Kodak, it was Cuban, who put the diamond ring in Kodak's finger.
But, their relationship could not prosper well, as the duo broke up without publicizing the real cause of their separation.

After the breakup, Cuban got rumored to be dating a musical artist, Tadoe. She didn't confirm if Tadoe was her boyfriend or not.
But, on 5 May 2018, everything became crystal clear as Cuban Instagrammed a video that showed marks and scratches over her face and stated that the bruises were the deed of her boyfriend, Tadoe.
Moreover, she explained that he attempted physical abuse upon her many times, and encouraged her followers to speak up on domestic violence.
