Lauren Brownlow was born on 13 Jun in Greensboro, North Carolina which makes her age 33, grew up with her parents and siblings.
Lauren completed her graduation from the University of North Carolina with Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science. She started her career as editor/writer at Tar Heel Monthly magazine covering UNC sports from 2005 to 2011. After that, she joined FOX Sports covering ACC sports and the Carolina Hurricanes from 2013 to 2015.
She was hired to be a part of The Morning Show on Buzz Sports radio from 2015. She worked for Capital Broadcasting Company as a radio contributor. As for now, she is a contributor to 99.9 the Fan and WRAL Sports.
