The South Side Chicago native attended Harlan Community Academy on the Far South Side and studied psychology at Chicago State University, but his sole passion from a young age was fashion.
Law first did a job as a gift wrapper at Bloomingdale’s. He may not have been able to master the art of the curly bow, but there was one thing he was particularly good at, i.e., thrifting. He was addicted to vintage clothing, the trait he inherited from his grandmother.
At first, he shopped for himself but eventually developed a curiosity and started buying and selling women’s clothing.
Law began hosting, trunk shows, where he used to invite his friends and served cheap Champagne. However, in 2009 he opened a physical shop called Deliciously Vintage in Chicago. He closed the shop after a few years because he wanted to pursue a career in styling.
After that, he became the self-described “image architect,” a term that he thought of about five years ago and recently trademarked.

As of now, Law Roach has worked with some of the most fashionable and biggest names in the entertainment industry like Ariana Grande, Celine Dion, Zendaya, Monica, Brandy, and Jessie J.
He works even more closely with one of his clients, Zendaya. Moreover, he is the creative director of her shoe and clothing line Daya by Zendaya.
