While the actual name of her parents is still a mystery, it has come to light that they were teachers by profession. Katherine’s grandfather, Vic Viner was a seaman job known for his rescue operation of Dunkirk Evacuation.
An aid to retrieve mission was conducted for the Allied Soldiers during the World War II from the harbor and beaches of Dunkirk from 26 May to 4 June 1940 in the north of France.
