33-year-old Jessica was born on 9 March to her parents Mark Tarlov and Judit Roberts. She is the elder sister of the American actress, Molly Tarlov.
She was a political enthusiast since her young age. So to fulfill her dream, Jessica joined Bryn Mawr College in 2006 and completed a Bachelor of Arts, History.
Jessica then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science(LSE) from, where she did Masters in Political Science in 2007 and Research in 2008.
