The name Beverly O’ Conner stands as a name which has got immense experience in her work field. This is because she is a veteran Melbourne journalist and broadcaster who has dedicated her time to the profession for more than two decades. This passion of hers is never faltering as still today, she is a working woman.
She is currently running the show called “The World” on ABC News 24. Today she is counted as a successful person in regards to professional life, but it was not an overnight process to be successful. So, before reaching to this height of her career, she shares her story of struggle.
Initially, she identified herself as the presenter on 774 ABC Melbourne for five years. During this time she hosted the late night news and current affairs programs called Australia Tonight and 774 Breakfast. The other radio work that she was involved in was for Vega 915. She was also the weeknight sports presenter on Seven News Melbourne until 2005.
Then in 2006, she worked as the entertainment presenter for Seven Network’s Melbourne Weekender. Climbing the ladder of success one after another, O’Conner was hired by ABC News 24 in August 2014. It is apparent from what she has achieved that she earns a handsome sum of money. But she has shown her secretive persona when it comes to disclosing the actual figure of salary. Along with her income, she has also kept other matters like her age and personal life in the dark.
