Shirley Bovshow is a nationally recognized garden television host, national consumer product spokesperson garden designer and new garden media producer. She was born in Los Angeles, United States and she belongs to white ethnicity. She runs a weekly online garden entertainment show called “Garden World Report”.
The program has been hailed as "the way forward in presenting targeted gardening programs to an online audience" and "must-see garden TV." Shirley runs her own garden design business called Shirley Bovshow Garden Design and Décor. Her business expanded quickly after neighbors and strangers took note of her unique handcrafted gardens and their designs and began to request for her services. She is a self-motivated and contagiously optimistic kind of woman. She has made gardening as her long-time hobby and interest and saw an opportunity to start her own business doing what she loved most. She got herself certified in Landscape and Nursery Practices in 1999 and opened her doors for starting the business in that field.
She is a member of the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers, Garden Writers Association and is also the owner of the online store called Eden Maker Décor. Shirley is also a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. Currently, Shirley is writing a book series entitled “Eden Makers.” The book is based on her philosophy of today’s aspiring homemakers and the desire to create a better home.
Before entering into the field of garden design, Shirley enjoyed a successful career in real estate and public relations.
