Some people tend to gain limelight from their work, controversy or through their involvement with a celebrity. Likewise, Ned Rocknroll got fame as the husband of Academy Award-winning actress Kate Winslet whom he married in 2012. If that wasn't enough, he is also the nephew of famous businessman Sir Richard Branson.
Ned who stands at a tall height is a married man. He has married twice and faced a divorce. Previously, he was married to British socialite Eliza Pearson, who is the eldest daughter of a wealthy British Viscount Cowdray.
Ned met Eliza during his friend's party where he shared his first kiss with her. Then, he invited her to Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island in, and Eliza happily accepted.
After dating for two years, the couple tied the wedding knot in August 2009 on the Caribbean Island. However, the married life only lasted for two years as Ned fell for someone else. He split with Eliza in 2011 and filed for divorce in June.

Kate was previously married to film director Jim Thereapleton. She has a daughter named Mia with him. It wasn't long before Kate divorced her first husband in 2001. Two years later, she married director Sam Mendes in 2003 and separated with him in 2010. The two share their son Joe.
Ned, on the other hand, met Kate during a trip to Necker in August 2011 where she arrived with her on-off model boyfriend, Louis Dowler. During the trip, Kate saved Richard Branson's 90-year-old mother from the fire.
After the incident, Ned was first spotted with Kate in September 2011. Since then, they have been together without many hurdles.

Later in summer, Ned secretly got engaged with Kate. No one was informed about their engagement, not even Kate's parents.
The wedding took place in New York in December 2012 when everyone was told and invited. The duo has a son named Bear Blaze Winslet; the family is settled at Kate's property by the sea at West Wittering.
Upon growing, as began his first job in his maternal uncle, Sir Richard Branson's space travel company, Virgin Galactic where he worked in the marketing department. Later he was promoted to head of Marketing Promotion and Astronaut Experience.
Ned even became the subject of controversy when embarrassing pictures of him were taken at his friend's fancy dress party and were published online by an American media outlet. His photo was initially posted by his friend on their Facebook page which got viral. That photo was soon taken down when the court granted his appeal to ban the publication of the pictured in January 2013.
Apart from the controversy, Ned is a successful businessman and husband of an Oscar-winning actress. Ned has a total net worth of $25 million while his wife Kate has garnered a total net value of $45 million.
