Amy is married to Rob Milburn, the award-winning theatrical sound designer, whom she has known for nearly forty years now. It definitely was not a love at first sight kind of beginning, though.

But, they worked it out eventually, whatever the difference they had, especially during the time Amy lost her parents. And in-between the very crisis of Amy’s life, the pair exchanged their wedding vows.

However, up until now, there has not once been the mention of children, anywhere in Amy's life history.
