Before Daan, one of his sisters started doing a photoshoot. At the same time, Daan also got a chance for the photoshoot. Eventually, he was selected to represent the agency. The agency became a stepping stone for Daan as it helped him enrich his fame at a brief time.

Well, Daan’s career as an actor skyrocketed after the series, Hunter Street that premiered on 11 March 2017. The show is about five foster children, who are in search of their missing adoptive parents.
As a Nickelodeon star just like Maya Le Clark, Daan portrays the leading role as Sal Hunter. Sal is a genius boy, who codes multiple apps and utilizes his skills of coding to browse the internet. As he is an intellectual guy, Sal skips his grades throughout his academic life.
