The actor was born on 10 October 1983 in New Jersey and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona, by his mother, Joni Meese, and father Curtis Meese, alongside his three siblings.
Meese served as a missionary in Chicago for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints after completing high school. Later on, he received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. He also worked in Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum for five years, before and after graduation. Additionally, the 5-feet-9-inches tall actor is colorblind.
