It was with KHBS-TV when she serves as a news reporter, photographer, weekend weather anchor, and an editor. Her career in broadcast journalism took an upward growth as she became a general assignment reporter for WVEC-TV.
Then it was between 2000 to 2003 where she covered interesting topics and incidents. She got to cover Catholic Church scandal, the Michael Skakel trial and The Station nightclub fire as a reporter and beginning anchor for WBZ-TV. Her years that went by struggling and exploring her professional career took her from CBS to ABC. It was in 2008 when she joined the network and began working as a correspondent for World News with Charles Gibson and Good Morning America. After that, she got several chances to anchor those shows later on as well.
