After that in 2016, Drew joined America's Next Top Model for Cycle 23. He became one of four new judges joining the show that included Vogue cover model, Ashley Graham, celebrity stylist, Law Roach, and British singer, Rita Ora.

In the year 2017, it was announced that franchise creator Tyra Banks would return for Cycle 24, and Drew would remain as a judge. He was hired by America's Next Top Model to transform the show and to make the show more high fashionable.

Drew earned a hefty fortune for being a judge of the reality show, America's Next Top Model. He has also amassed a massive net worth from his career as a chief creative officer at PAPER Communications. However, the detailed information of his net worth remains confined to the media.

Back on 7 April 2017, Drew posted a tweet regarding his boyfriend, Christian. Via the tweet, he thanked his partner for making his day better and also thanked Out Magazine for listing them in their 60 Power Couples. 

Similarly, on 27 April 2018,  Christian also Instagrammed a picture of Drew and wished him a happy birthday via the caption.

The frequent social media tags and post for one another implies that Drew relishes his time with his partner, and they both are in love with each other.
