Only a few really knew about Aaron Tredwell until his Transgender activist, director, writer, and producer wife, Janet Mock, filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for their going separate ways.

On the brighter side, they decided to end things on a friendly term. Janet said-
Aaron and I have decided to part. I’m grateful for the years we shared and will look back on them fondly. I appreciate your well wishes as we continue onward separately with enduring reverence.
Although Aaron was not heard making any comments regarding their separation. The whole must have been a bit easier, with no children to complicate the matter further.

Whatever may have happened, they still cherish the moments they lived together. They indeed share a beautiful romance even if it was meant to last a short while.
Looking back to the old times, this is what Janet had to say about their first meeting-
Within minutes of our meeting, [Tredwell] invited me for a cup of coffee, and in a nearby fluorescent-lit café, I discovered that he was more than good-looking.
He was kind and attentive and had a generous ear. I knew he was my guy, but I was unsure if I’d be his girl.
The two met back in 2009, and after getting to know one another for quite some time, Aaron popped the question in December 2014.
A year later, in 2015, they signed up for the magical Hawaiian wedding near Janet’s hometown of Honolulu. The event as beautiful as a fairy tale- was splendidly featured by the Brides.com.
