American actor Michael Zegen is prominent for his role of probie firefighter Damien Keefe on the American comedy-drama series, Rescue Me. He is also known for his recurring portrayal as Dwight - the troubled teen on the Late Show with David Letterman in more than 50 of its episodes.

The Ridgewood native was born as Michael Jonathan ‘Mike’ Zegen on 20 February 1979 to his teacher mother and lawyer father. Michael comes from a Jewish family, whose grandparents are the Holocaust survivors.
