Cecilia told me to eat breakfast, so that was a huge part for me. I have to have breakfast. I don’t like to eat too late at night, it doesn’t work for me.
I eat three times a day or sometimes two times a day. As long as you’re eating a healthy balanced diet, eating vegetables and protein.
Also, she stressed that every individual body is different, and thus enjoy different things. And there is no one fix rule.

Lucy is the happiest she had ever been now that she is not far from experiencing her motherhood for the very first time.

Then, a month later, on the 29th of September 2019, when they had their “It’s a boy!”- moment, Ryan’s reaction was to look for, elated, and laughing; he was all teary-eyed.
