Livinia Nixon is an Australian TV personality and actress.
She has been working on Channel 9 as a weather presenter for more than two decades.
As an actress, she is known for performing in the TV series like Micallef Tonight, Bark-Off, The Footy Show, Getaway, Temptation, and 20 to 1 and the movies like The Inner Sanctuary and The Extra.
Additionally, she has also written two books; Livinia Nixon’s Weather Kit and Henry’s Pirate Adventure.

Livinia Nixon was born on 19th March 1975 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with the birthname Livinia Helen Nixon.
She grew up with her parents; Helen Nixon, Kevin Nixon, and two brothers; Antony Nixon and David Nixon. Her brother, Antony, is in real estate business, whereas David is an English teacher in Beaumaris, Melbourne, Victoria.
Growing up, she enjoyed playing cricket in the street, marathons, and skateboarding with her brothers. She frequently mentions her brothers and the lovely childhood spent with them.

Livinia was introduced to TV appearance for the first time when she was just four-year-old when her family friend called her mother to act on a Granny Davis bread ad. She did it but for the next few years but later got involved in other works.
As for her education, she attended Lauriston Girls School and then to Melbourne University. Finally, she went to Deakin University in 1993 henceforth, graduating with double degrees in commerce and arts majoring in Marketing and Chinese in 1996.
However, while studying at the university she was involved in modeling along with her studies. Later, as a model, she also competed in the 1998 Australian F1 Grand Prix in Celebrity Race but didn't finish it. She participated in the same competition in 2000 and was qualified 14 out of 27.
She began her media work from the next day of her graduation at Foxtel. Later that year (1997), she went to work at The Nine Network, commonly known as Channel 9.
From then onwards, she has been working there as a weather presenter alongside Peter Hitcher and sports presenter, Tony Jones.
By now, along with her steady media career, she has also worked in several films and TV shows.

Livinia Nixon is married to Alistair Jack. The couple is blessed with two children. The elder one is a son named Henry born in 2010, and the younger one is also a son named Ted born in 2013.

As of their love story, the couple encountered each other for the first time in 2007 when Livinia was living as a neighbor to Alistair. Gradually the couple fell in love, and the next year, Alistair proposed her on 30 November 2008 when they were watching the sunset on the beach in Palm Cove, Queensland.
Five months later, the couple tied the knot.
