Dina Pugliese is a Canadian TV personality best known as the co-host of the popular show, Breakfast Television (since 2006). She has also hosted numerous shows including Much Music VJ Search: The Series (2006), Canada’s Next Top Model (2007), Ford Models Supermodel of the World Canada (2009), and Canada’s Got Talent (2012).

Dina Pugliese was born on 22nd May 1974 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada Later, she was raised in Woodbridge, Ontario along with her two sisters in a large Italian family.

She is a graduate of The York University in Toronto with majors in Sociology and Mass Communications. Also, she has completed her degree in Journalism from Humber College.

Married Life

Dina Pugliese is married to Alek Mirkovich. The couple is godparents to a son.

They first met at a nightclub—Dina was throwing her co-worker a stagette and then she saw a tall, handsome man, who happened to be Alek. Soon both of them started having conversations and Dina even shared her number.

The next day, they talked to each other over the phone and the following day, they met for drinks. On their first date, Deena and Alek even shared their first kiss.

Two months after their meeting, Alek went to New York City to pick an engagement ring for a surprise proposal. And, after four months of buying a ring, he finally popped out the question and got engaged to Dina in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Then in July 2005, the couple tied the knot in Mississauga at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church. They also enjoyed the occasion with their nearest ones at Copper Creek Golf Club in Kleinburg. For their honeymoon, they went to Greece.
