Angie Goff is a journalist known for her significant contribution to the American broadcast industry while working at various news channels like FOX, NBC4, and WUSA-TV.

Entire her career, she has covered the news that includes caucuses in Iowa, hurricane in South Carolina, and the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Also, she has anchored major breaking stories, including the Charleston church massacre, Pope Francis's U.S. visit, and the Congressional baseball shooting in Alexandria.

Angie Goff was born on 17th March 1980 to American father, Ren Goff, and South Korean mother, Chin Goff. She has two sisters; Tricia and Jenny.

Angie grew up living between the U.S. and South Korea since her father was in the U.S. army. 

She attended Seoul American High School in Seoul, South Korea, and Herndon High School in Herndon, Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University in Virginia.

The couple is blessed with two daughters; Adora born (in December 2010), and Wren (born on 5th November 2017), and a son named Bob born (in May 2016).  

Who is Her Husband, Robert Ellis? 

Robert Ellis is the owner and founder of Kids First Dental in Columbia, Lancaster, South Carolina. There he also works as a Pediatric Dentist.

He attended the Medical University of South Carolina in 1996 and graduated with a DMD degree in 2000. He also attended the Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program from 2001 to 2003.

Angie Goff's Career

One of the first works of Angie Goff's career includes working as a morning anchor and reporter at KMEG-TV in Sioux City, Iowa. From there, she went to Columbia, South Carolina to work for WIS-TV as an investigative reporter and anchor.

Then, in November 2007, she joined WUSA-TV in Washington, D.C. as an anchor and reporter and served the channel until August 2011. After that, she joined NBC Washington (also known as WRC-TV and NBC4) in September 2011 in the Washington D.C. Metro area. While serving NBC Washington, she contributed to NBC's TODAY and filled in as a host for Early TODAY and MSNBC.

Angie left NBC Washington in December 2018 and began working as a broadcaster and content creator at Oh My Goff, LLC, from the same month. There, she has been creating and hosting The Oh My Goff Show, a fun podcast that airs weekly on YouTube and Apple Podcasts, till now.

Additionally, she joined FOX 5 in Washington, D.C., on 8th July 2019, and since then, she has been serving the network as an anchor and co-host.

Leaving NBC4 & Now

In December 2018, Angie Goff revealed that she was leaving NBC4 after serving the channel for seven years. 

Through her social media, she also revealed that leaving NBC4 was not an easy decision, and there was no 'juicy drama' behind it. Additionally, while filming her last episode on the channel, she confirmed that she was set to pursue her projects after her departure.

Now, she is serving for Fox 5 and Oh My Goff LLC.
