Natasha Watley is one of the most successful softball players in the United States of America. She is a former player for the USA Softball Women’s National Team and USSSA Pride.

Likewise, she is also a former player of the UCLA Bruins team, who dominated the league and has received numerous accolades. In 2003, she received the honors to be the Pac-10 Player of the Year. Also, she is a two-time Pan American Gold medalist (in 2003 & 2007) and a three-time World Cup champion (in 2006, ‘07 & ‘09). Similarly, she is also a three-time World Champion which she became in 2002, 2006, and 2010.

Besides, she has also received several feats to her name and for the country which includes a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2008’s Summer Olympics. She also became the first person to be called first-team All-American for four continuous years.

Her Retirement

After making numerous records, Natasha Watley decided to retire from the softball field in March 2017.

However, her decision wasn't due to her incapability to give the best in her game. It's known that Natasha said goodbye to the field to create a platform in the softball field for inner-city girls.
