Jerramy began playing football from a young age. During his high school years at River Ridge High School in Lacey, Washington, he was one of the school’s talented players and played for various tournaments.

He attended the University of Washington and showed his athletic talents there too. He played for the university from 1998 to 2002 and was a second-team All Pac-10 selection during his sophomore season at the university.

Soon after graduation, he was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks as their first-round pick in the 2002 NFL Draft. He was selected 28th overall. Since then, he began his professional career and played for several seasons.

The couple initially met each other while both were attending the University of Washington.

During that time, Jerramy was the star tight end for the college team, whereas Hope played four years for Washington Huskies women’s soccer team. Due to both of their athletic backgrounds, they became friends.

The couple began dating publicly only before two months of their marriage. They exchanged their vows on 12th November 2012. The wedding ceremony was organized at a farm near Snohomish, Washington State.

Nearly six years after their marriage, the couple was expecting a baby in their family of two. But unfortunately, Hope suffered a miscarriage in February 2018, and the doctor revealed that she was pregnant with twins.
