Whether it be entrepreneurship or TV hosting, Sean Conlon has actively directed his career in multiple dimension. However, his first and foremost choice was to become a successful businessman.
Traveling from Ireland to England and England to the United States looking for a job was never an easy task for Sean. He had to go through many ups and downs, highs and lows, before making a firm position as one of the leading sellers of the residential estate in the U.S.
Conlon made a name for himself by buying small homes and replacing them with three-story condominiums and single-family homes.
Carrying on his business journey, Conlon formed an Illinois-based real estate brokerage firm, Sussex in January 2000. The firm was quickly the leading player in Chicago residential real estate until he sold it in 2006.
After returning to residential real estate brokerage in 2009, Conlon became affiliated with one of the world’s best real estate networks, Christie’s International Real Estate in June 2013. Furthermore, he launched Conlon Capital, to focus on commercial real estate lending in 2017.
