She was born with the birth name 'Rebecca Louise Front' on the 16th of May 1964 in Stoke Newington, London, England.
Growing up, her father, Charles Front, was an artist and her mother, Sheila Front, a teacher who also wrote children's stories. They were completely supportive of Rebecca and her brother, Jeremy Front's creative career choices. Jeremy is a writer.
The Front siblings acquired the same sense of humor from their father, who was both intentionally and unintentionally funny and ironic. Together, Rebecca and her brother have written sketches since the university days.
She told The Guardian back in April 2012 that her relationship with her brother has been "very polite" as they have grown older.
Married Life
Rebecca Front has been married to Phil Clymer since March 1998. From the marriage, they have two children, son Oliver, born in 1999, and daughter Tilly born in 2002. Like Rebecca, Oliver has great comic timing, in a deadpan, Jack Dee sort of way.

Rebecca's husband is a producer, as well as a writer known for Marple, Poirot, and Terriers.
A few years back, since 2012, he gave up a well-paid job in the media to write. The decision soon proved to be worthwhile, and also he was much happier that way.

Her books, Curious: True Stories and Loose Connections, the collection of autobiographical stories, were published in 2014, and the Impossible Things Before Breakfast: Adventures in the Ordinary was published in 2018.
