Markella Kavenagh was born in Australia. 

Her interest in the entertainment industry grew when she was of a young age. She grew up listening to pop music and developed a close bond with films and shows. 

Along with music, her passion for screen works grew higher and higher.

Finally, though in her teens, the Australian actress began her dream career by acting in TV series in 2018. Her career began to flourish from the starting point due to her talent and skill in acting. 

By now, Markella has worked in several projects with critically acclaimed roles praised by many for her achievement in her teenage years.

The Lord Of The Rings

After the massive success of the film series, The Lord of the Rings, directed by Peter Jackson and based on the novel written by J.R.R. Tolkien, a new TV series of the same name is set to be released in 2021. 

Along with the growing curiosity about the series and cast members, Markella Kavenagh has become one of the first cast members of the series.

It is officially announced that she will be playing the role of Tyra. This role will also make her first appearance on American TV though she has performed in several Australian shows.

Details of her character are yet to be revealed. However, it is sure that she will be playing a unique character of her life since the series is based on the Tolkien mythology featuring ‘Second Age,’ the time when the rings of power came into existence.

Movies & TV Shows 

Markella Kavenagh has worked in several Australian TV shows and movies. She played her first role as Cindi in the TV series, Romper Stomper, in 2018. She was cast in six episodes of the series.

The same year, she got the chance to portray the character of Myrtle in the TV mini-series, Picnic at Hanging Rock, continuously for six episodes.

Again, in 2018, her third role in the TV was Chloe performed in the mini-series, The Cry.

Additionally, she has been casted in the upcoming TV series, The Gloaming, and the movies, My First Summer and Furlough.
