As per the rumors, Chinwe was formerly married to the famous Nigerian Comedian, Nkem Owoh.

However, Chinwe and Nkem both have stated that they are not couples but in-laws. Nkem is supposedly married to a lady named Ngozi Nkem Owoh and has two beautiful daughters with her.
