Ben Rosenfield comes from a filmy background family. But he never took it as a granted; instead, he went on to pursue his career in acting on his own.

Today, he is one of the established actors in the American movie industry and has debuted in several roles in movies and television series. Amongst all his acting credits, he is most notable as Willie Thompson, the nephew of Steve Buscemi’s character Nucky Thompson in 2017’s TV series Boardwalk Empire.

Ben Rosenfield was born on 1 August 1992 in Montclair, New Jersey, the USA, as the elder son to Stephen Rosenfield, a stand-up comedy teacher and founder of the American Comedy Institute, and mother Kate an actress. He has a younger brother Nate.

Ben stands at a towering height of 5 feet 11 inches (1.8 meters).

Onscreen Girlfriend In '6 Years'

Ben Rosenfield shared onscreen romance in the movie 6 Years with his co-star Taissa Farmiga. They were cast as an onscreen couple in 2015.

In the movie, he played the role of Dan. The movie revolves around childhood friends Dan and Melanie, who turns romantic and begin dating. But their 6 years relationship is put into test when Dan receives an attractive job offer from the record label where he interns. After then, there arises a dilemma where he must choose between a career and a future with his sweetheart- Melanie.

Ben Rosenfield made his first film appearance by playing the role of Tim Buckle in the movie, Greetings from Tim Buckle in 2012. Following year, he portrayed the role of Michael Fareri in the movie, Louder Than Words.

Then in 2014, he appeared in the role of Chris in American biographical crime drama film, Jamesy Boy. Following his successful career, he appeared in few more movies like Song One, Affluenza, The Most Violent Year, Person to Person, and Indignation. Likewise in 2013, he was seen portraying the character Enoch Snow, Jr. in the TV series, Live From Lincoln Center. Furthermore, in 2017, he debuted the role of Sam Colby in another TV series, Twin Peaks

In 2019, Ben appeared in the role of Ivanwald Brother in Netflix’s TV series, The Family.

As of 2020, Ben is set to appear in the upcoming drama, You Mean Everything To Me where he will be portraying the role of Nathan. The series is under post-production.
