Wendi Nix, 43, was born on 17 September 1974, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Wendi’s father, Wayne Nix was reportedly a school and college level football coach.
Wendi was interested in sports in her school days. When she joined Socastee High School in South Carolina, Nix participated in school level games. Wendi’s parents attended her school games when her father quit coaching.
Following her high school graduation, Nix received a degree in French and Economics from the Wofford College, Spartanburg in 1996. Subsequently, in 1997, Wendi completed her Master’s degree in Sports Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Nix was interested in playing golf during her college days.
