Chesley McNeil greets his audiences every weekday in the earliest morning hours as the anchor of his morning show, Wake Up With Chesley, on the 11Alive network. He commenced his journey on 11Alive in 2009, and the meteorologist soon became one of the most famous on-air TV personalities in Atlanta.

He began his career at the WRIC-TV in Richmond, Virginia. After eight long years of anchoring the weather on Good Morning Richmond and the 8 News at Noon newscasts, he moved to Buffalo, New York where he joined the WGRZ team.

Chesley, the prominent member of the American Meteorology Society, the National Weather Association and the National Association of Black Journalists, has been awarded a great many prestigious awards including the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval.
