Christina Tosi is an American TV personality, chef, and an author. She is the chef and founder and also the owner of Momofuku Milk Bar. She was born in Ohio, the USA in 1981and raised in Springfield, Virginia. Her mother`s profession was an accountant.  Her father came from Italian descent and was an agricultural economist.

Christina Tosi went to the University of Virginia, where she studied electrical engineering for a year. After that, she also spent her some part of life in Florence, Tuscany, Italy to become a translator. Eventually, she joined James Madison University and completed her graduation. Then she moved to New York and got admitted to the French Culinary Institute's pastry arts program after her graduation. She took her first career job as a worker in the kitchens of New York.

After working in the kitchens of New York for few years, she started working in Momofuku restaurant group. This group was the founder of the dessert program called Momofuku-Milk Bar. The company Milk Bar consists of a central bakery that produces baked goods daily for five retail outlets in New York City. It also has a sixth location in Toronto, Canada. Also, the seventh location was planned to open in Washington, D.C.  and it was finally opened in October 2015. The central bakery also provides the service and sells baked goods for other restaurants nationally and internationally in the Momofuku group and to individuals by shipping.

Christina Tosi wrote and published her first book which was named Momofuku Milk Bar in October of 2011. The book contained recipes of the desserts. She published her second book called Milk Bar Life in April 2015. She also has other business ventures which include Williams-Sonoma store which does the marketing of cookies.

Tosi has also appeared in TV programs as well. Tosi was asked to serve as one of the judges for the Fox channel`s reality TV cooking competition shows which were MasterChef Junior and MasterChef in 2015. She has appeared in a TV ad for Subaru in 2014. She also has done promotional work for Estee Lauder, Kellogg`s and American Express. 

On July 30, 2016, Christina Tosi got married to New York City-based restaurateur named Will Guidara at Cedar Lakes Estate which is in Port Jervis in New York City. The couple changed the rural wedding setting into a grown-up campground for their grand wedding before a week of the wedding. They married before their loved ones and close friends.

The couple first met in the show, while they both attended at a restaurant. After that, they started dating each other for around four years as girlfriend and boyfriend and finally decided to marry on 2016. She lives with her husband in USA. There was a rumor in Facebook that she was pregnant, but it came out to be false.
