Himesh Patel is best known as a Soap Opera actor, known for playing Tamwar Massod on BBC's EastEnders from (2007 to 2016), and Jack Malik in the 2019 romantic comedy film, Yesterday.
He has also hosted the podcast, Culture Pi�ata.

Himesh Patel's Acting Career
Himesh Patel had a very keen interest in acting from his childhood days. During his childhood, he used to impersonate his favorite characters on television and film.
At the age of 11, he was casted in the school play, This Is Your Life and Santa Claus.
His teacher saw acting talent him and soon passed the message to his parents, who then signed Himesh up for the Key Youth Theatre in Peterborough.

Soon, when he reached the age of 16, Himesh landed an audition for the British soap opera, EastEnders, and got the part of Tamwar Masood.
In 2011, Himesh and his EastEnders co-star English actress, Meryl Fernandes, won the Inside Soap Award for Best Wedding.
After his first series, Himesh also made an appearance in EastEnders: E20, EastEnders called Tamwar Tales - The Life of an Assistant Market Inspector, Motherland, Damned, Yesterday, and The Aeronauts.
Currently, Himesh has been signed by Christopher Nolan for his project, Tenet. The project is being filmed on location across seven countries and will be released on 17th July 2020.
Dating Girlfriend?
While talking about Himesh's personal life, even after making a big name in the public domain, he has consistently maintained a very private presence. Nothing of significance is known away from his professional life.

Also, in July 2019, he was seen with a mystery brunette as he attended Wimbledon on the seventh day of the tournament.

Bio
Himesh was born in an Indian family on 13th October 1990. Although his parents were from Gujarat, India, his mother was born in Zambia, and his father was born in Kenya. Later, they settled in England.

Himesh grew up in Sawtry, Cambridge-Shire alongside his sister and parents, who ran newsagents.
Moving towards his education, Himesh attended Prince Willian School & Sixth Form in Oundle, Northamptonshire.
Later, he became a member of The Young's Company in Cambridge and attended Sunday film classes there.
